Since 2010, I have assisted international clients with successfully relocating to France. I understand every client’s needs are individual and each situation requires flexibility in achieving your goals. Organized, and strategic with establishing priorities, I am capable of managing a wide variety of tasks. My services are personalized to facilitate all your relocation needs, including but not limited to:

  • Assistance and support with administrative procedures (taxes, notary, home insurance, bank account, etc.)
  • Transfers and opening accounts with suppliers (water, electricity, internet, mobile, etc.)
  • Assistance with appointments, regular visits to the property, tracking deliveries, sending parcels, collecting mail, etc.
  • Connecting with trustworthy local contacts (cleaning, home maintenance, gardening, pool maintenance, childcare, etc.)
  • Connecting you with local contractors and monitoring your interior/exterior work
  • Follow-up on condominium meetings
  • Help with organizing your move

CONCIERGE SERVICES

Since 2021, I’ve been providing clients with high-quality concierge services to help them get the best value from their property, be it an apartment or a property in the countryside. My goal is to ensure an exceptional and seamless guest experience. From booking to check-out, managing housekeepers and maintenance…I can take care of everything. Below is a list of traditionally required services, however yours can be tailored exactly to your needs:

  • Attractive listing creation and photographs
  • Price adjustments
  • Managing bookings and calendars
  • Guest check-in and check-out
  • Guest communication before, during and after their stay
  • Creation of a guide and instructions specific to your property
  • Finding and managing professional cleaners to ensure your home is impeccable maintained

PROPERTY SEARCH, PURCHASE OR SALE

In 2010 I began assisting high-end international clients with expanding their real estate portfolios. My top priority when you entrust me with your real estate needs, is to do everything I possibly can to find you your dream home. Buying internationally can be very unnerving, but my experience has given me the professional aptitude to help you balance your wants and needs realistically and to help you fully understand and navigate the nuances of purchasing a home in France. From researching listings at various agencies and organizing those that match your criteria, to coordinating visits and helping with negotiations and closings. My focus is solely on advocating for you and safeguarding your investment.

During our initial consultation we will discuss such things as:

  • Take a briefing of your project, budget and ideal location so that I may provide a market analysis
  • How I provide a detailed search and report of all matching properties
  • Coordination of pre-visits and/or viewings together
  • Connection to a reliable network of proven professionals: notaries, accountants, architects, building contractors, decorators, etc.
  • Helping you position your offer and negotiating the best price
  • How I can help with translation and understand of documents
  • Securing your purchase with assistance of notary and local authorities

As a sales representative of Ernest & Associés real estate agency, I can also take care of selling your home. Those services include, but are not limited to:

  • Analysis of current market and home value estimate
  • Property surveys and other compulsory documents
